Nokia to launch dual SIM phones?

Will Nokia launch dual SIM phones in 2010? Well according to Eldar from Mobile-Review, Nokia will release dual sim phone in Russia next year (specs still unknown). Let us just hope that the phone will be available to other countries as well. Is it just me who think it is time that manufacturers release phones with dual sim card holder?
