Samsung i8910 HD – Unboxing Video

Posted by jestin Monday, September 28, 2009 0 comments

Noah over at PhoneDog unboxes the Samsung i8910 HD. Actually this is one of the longest i8910 HD unboxing videos I’ve seen. The Samsung Omnia HD is the world’s first phone capable of High-Definition video recording. It also features DivX support, 3.5 mm jack, built-in Wi-Fi with DLNA and GPS.

Note: The sound is kinda messed up at the beginning, but it gets better after a minute or so.

iBend Stowaway Stand for the iPhone and iPod Touch

The iBend (patent pending) is a new innovative stand based on simplicity itself. The iBend consists of one piece of light-weight rigid vinyl which when flexed and the iPhone placed in it, becomes a solid stand. The iPhone is tilted in the ideal position for using applications, watching music videos, movies and television in landscape mode.

The iBend consists of no potruding parts so does not detract in anyway from the viewing area of the iPhone. It is easy to use the iPhone home button to access programmes you want to watch, to access controls such as fastforward or rewind or to exit programmes. The iBend sits on any flat surface securely. Once the iPhone is removed the iBend automatically reflexes to its pre-stand position, enabling it to be hidden discreetly within a pocket or transported within the iPhone’s protective case. The iBend is available as a pack of two stands, one of each colour for $4.99 from www.myibend.com

Pictures: Nokia X6 vs Nokia N97 Mini

Here are some nice comparison pictures between the Nokia X6 and the Nokia N97 Mini. Check them out after the break…

Nokia X6 Specs: Nokia X6 is the most technologically advanced music-oriented handset of the manufacturer to date and sports 3.2-inch touch sensitive screen, 32GB built-in memory, 5-megapixel camera with double LED flash and Carl Zeiss optics, A-GPS, 3.5mm jack and battery that will allow 35hrs of continuous audio playback.

Nokia N97 Mini Specs: N97 mini is a more compact alternative to the N97. As a whole, the device is the same (you still get the tilting mechanism of the display), only a bit smaller. There are some cosmetic changes to the design though, with the most significant one seemingly being the lack of both a D-pad on the keyboard and a sliding camera cover.

Boxcar 2.0 out for the Iphone 3GS

This little great is out and about and makes things so so much easier to stay on top of your various social media newsfeeds.

Boxcar [$2.99 + In-App Purchases - iTunes link], a push-enabler for iPhone and iPod touch originally launched with support for a couple of Twitter clients. Then it added a bunch more. As several Twitter clients now offer support for push themselves, what’s Boxcar to do for a 2.0 encore? Add Facebook and Email push, of course, as well as Twitter Search and Twitter Trends.

Video: Sony Ericsson Satio Unboxing in 3 ColoursToday we have another traditional unboxing video, the unboxing of the Sony Ericsson Satio, but the different thing about this particular unboxing is that they unbox all three colours of the Sony Ericsson Satio.

The video, courtesy of daily mobile, shows the unboxing of the first official samples of the Sony Ericsson Satio and the first one to be unboxed fully in the red version, and the commenter states that box content will vary between markets.

They do seem more excited about the box colours rather than the actual Sony Ericsson Satio itself, with what they call the red box containing a red Satio, a green box with silver Satio and a purple box containing a black Satio, so hit up the video below and enjoy.
