Mark from the Nokia Blog has published his review of the Nokia N900. Head over to this post to read the N900 review.
Is the Nokia N900 the best device to have right now? That’s not an easy question to answer because there isn’t one perfect device. It depends on what you need. I’ve recently cycled between the iPhone 3GS, Motorola Droid, Nokia N97, and Nokia N900. If applications or music is important to you, then look elsewhere. I need a device that has to have a good web browser AND a good camera. That makes the N900 the best device for me… better than the iPhone 3GS, Droid, and the N97.
The Nokia N97 Mini contest has now ended and the winner is Gregg003. You can read the reason why he should get the chance to trial the Nokia N97
And for those that didn’t win you’ll still have a chance to get the N97 Mini. My buddy Ibrahim from The Nokia Review just started his N97 Mini contest. Head over to this post to participate and maybe its you that wins the N97 Mini
Good Luck!
Don´t Push the Button – Cool Satio marketing by Operator 3 in sthlm
The service provider 3 held an event in Stockholm’s Central Station where they were demonstrating how the 12MP camera works. They did this by allowing people who were passing by to take pictures, which were then exposed to a very large screen. This is a great way to market the phone, dont you think?
The Sony Ericsson Satio (previously known as the Idou) offers the ultimate multimedia experience. The 3.5 inch screen allows for crystal clear video playback, the 12.1 megapixel offers even clearer pictures and the full touch media menu lets you navigate the handset with ease. The Satio lets you enjoy any form of entertainment, anytime, anywhere.
As you may have read on other sites a new virus is spreading on the jailbroken iPhones. The virus uses the default password in SSH to take over the phone, but there is a simple way to prevent the virus to take over the phone and it is by changing the default code for SSH
Just follow these simple steps to change the default SSH password:
- Install the “Mobile Terminal” through Cydia
- Run Mobile Terminal and type “su root” (press “enter”)
- Enter the password, which is “alpine” as the default (hit “Enter”)
- Type “passwd” (press “enter”)
- Confirm password twice (to confirm with “enter”)
- Done
The Sony Ericsson Aino represents the best of two worlds, combining a keypad with an intuitive touch UI for use with media. An intuitive media browser gives users a clear overview and one touch direct access to their content. With an 8.1 megapixel camera, automatic syncing with a home computer via MediaGo and Remote Play from a Playstation 3, the Aino becomes an all-in-one multimedia hub. Enjoy the pics…
